Quick and Easy Vegan Brownies
Ingredients
2 cups plain flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional) or walnuts (optional)
Directions

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
